It was still early morning, but the sun was already rising over the prison yard. Sarah, a 24-year-old inmate with dark brown hair slicked back, lay on her cot, still half asleep. She was small for her age, athletic and toned from years of working out in the prison gym.

As she slowly got up, her D-cup breasts bounced slightly beneath her thin white t-shirt. Her pale skin glowed in the morning light, accentuating her innocent appearance. Sarah stretched, arching her back to relieve the kinks in her muscles. Her light brown eyes sparkled as she looked around at her fellow inmates starting their day.

She made her way to the yard for some fresh air and exercise before breakfast. The prison yard was a bleak place - concrete walls, barbed wire, and watchtowers looming above like giants. But Sarah didn't mind it too much. She found solace in the early morning hours, when the sun was just rising over the horizon.

As she began to jog around the perimeter of the yard, a few of the other inmates started to take notice of her. Some of them whistled or called out, trying to get her attention. But Sarah ignored them and kept running.

After about 20 minutes, she slowed down and made her way over to a small patch of grass near the fence. She sat down, taking off her sweat-dampened tank top to expose her pale skin to the morning sun.

As she cooled off, a figure emerged from the shadows near the watchtower. It was one of the prison guards, a burly man with a scruffy beard and a lecherous grin.

"Hey there, sweetheart," he said, his voice dripping with sleaze. "You look like you could use some company out here."

Sarah looked up at him warily, her eyes flashing with anger. She knew what this guy was after, and she wasn't interested.

"I'm just trying to get some exercise before breakfast," she said coolly. "Leave me alone."

The guard shrugged and started to walk away, but not before giving Sarah a lingering look over his shoulder.

"You'd be surprised at the kind of exercise you could get out here with me," he called back, winking at her.

Sarah rolled her eyes and ignored him. She knew she was in this place for a reason - a mistake she had made when she was younger - but that didn't mean she wanted to make it any easier for the like of him. As she sat there on the grass, trying to enjoy the fresh air, Sarah couldn't help but feel grateful that her cellmate had convinced her to join this prison's program.

At least here, she was safe from guys like that. And besides, she needed all the exercise she could get after years of being cooped up in this place. Sarah took a deep breath, letting the cool morning air fill her lungs as she continued to enjoy the quiet moments before the day got started.
